This course vs. Angular 2.0?

Will what we learn in this course be 'null and void' in terms of angular 2.0?

Maybe a video/workshop could be added that discusses the transition from 1 to 2?

Hey there! I'm sure Treehouse has a plan for introducing Angular 2. In the mean time what you're learning is still very important, timely, and relevant. According to the folks behind Angular, they are still going to support Angular 1 for the time being. This blog discusses it further... https://blog.angularjs.org/ . It sounds like many people are still just now learning Angular 1 so I don't think it will go away just yet. Angular 2 though is pretty different from Angular 1 so, again, I'm sure there's an Angular 2 course in the works. I think a course discussing how to transition from 1 to 2 would be a great idea!

In the mean time check out these resources regarding transitioning from 1 to 2!

Hope they help! :)
