This particular video references a file-system configuration not familiar to "using PHP with MySQL".

Maybe the shirt sites and the whole directory structure were introduced in an earlier PHP tutorial but I did not need those. I found the files in the download link and copied them over exactly how you had them. But it may have been easier to take a few seconds in the video to remind everyone about extracting the download
