to redirect to an id="portfolio" wouldn't you use /#portfolio.

I believe the code is correct to redirect to the portfolio section although it is not accepting the code.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Portfolio Page</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <img src="../img/logo.png" alt="Site logo">
    <ul>
      <li><a href="">Home</a></li>
      <li><a href="">Portfolio</a></li>
    </ul>
    <h1 id="portfolio">My Portfolio</h1>
  </body>
</html>

Hi there! You do not need the "/" before the #portfolio. That being said, you've removed the link that was present in Task 2. These tasks are cumulative. Unless explicitly directed otherwise, you should leave code from the previous tasks intact. You will need to add the relative root path to index.html to your "Home" link.

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
