369 PointsTo write an alert, would I need to write another separate script tag?
I'm having trouble completing 2/2, when I write an alert function it describes the prior task 1./2 as no longer working.
any one have this issue?
<!DOCTYPE HTML>
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<title>JavaScript Basics</title>
</head>
<body>
<script src = "scripts. js ">
</script>
</script>
<script src = "scripts . js">
Alert ("Warning");
</script>
<script>
</body>
</html>

<body>
<script>
alert('Warning!');
</script>
</body>

file instead of inserting JavaScript into the .html
file. Remove the src
from the script tag which holds your alert()
and it should work.
