Hey, you should Change the HTML PARAGRAPH tag to an h1 tag.

<html>
  <head>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
  </head>
  <body>

    <h1>Welcome to My Web Page!</h1> /*  THIS ONE HERE */

  </body>
</html>

and then change your style.css to:

h1 {
  color: purple;
}
