Unable to renew my "courses" Plan

I want to renew my subscription but it wont allow me to continue with "courses" plan the most basic plan, it will only allow me to switch to Plus or TechDegree. I want to renew with the basic plan. Am I doing something wrong? On the page to renew it has a green tick and "current plan" but no way to continue to the next step of renewal.
