Unable to start program.

I cannot run the program as I receive an error:

Unable to start program (...) C:\Users(...) is not a valid Win32 application.

The 'Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform'-package is already there. Does it need to uninstalled an reinstalled again?

I use Visual Studio 2019.

What should I do?

EDIT: I figured it out! The packages needed to be updated!
