Under the Resources panel, I have an image I would very much like to have deleted. How can I delete an image?

The image is from an http source. I deleted my html and CSS as if it were brand new, but the image is still in my Resources panel and is still displayed on my <body>. I'm curious to know why the image still continues to render on the website, even when I deleted my HTML/CSS files?
