"Unfortunately, Fun facts has stopped- error"

Hello,

In your AndroidManifest.xml file, could you make sure what the theme is set to and make sure it starts with "Theme.AppCompat". If that does not help, could you post the contents of your AndroidManifest.xml and your styles.xml file so that we can see if there are any other issues there.

Hello, you want to change in styles.xml to:

<!-- Base application theme. -->
<style name="AppTheme" parent="Theme.AppCompat.Light.NoActionBar">
    <!-- Customize your theme here. -->
</style>

Which should allow you to run the app. If not please let us know if you get any different error messages.

I have the same error in the styles.xml but when i change it, the Theme.AppCompat.Light.NoActionBar is red and says create style value resources?
