Update: You need to specify build folder when running netlify deploy

Due to updated to the netlify-cli, it doesn't ask you for the build folder anymore. So you have to specify the build folder when you run netlify deploy like this:

netlify deploy --dir=build

So the manual deploy process for netlify should look something like this:

  1. npm run build
  2. netlify deploy --dir=build
  3. specify few things like team & proj name
  4. review test deploy to ensure things look good
  5. netlify depoy --dir=build --prod
