Hello Teamtree House . In the courses , please make a separate course within a topic like Javascript and CSS to explain the basics of each topic . Put in more videos to explain the variables and so on nicely so that each student can understand it well.
I was also disappointed with the sass course . No basics where taught .
Pls do something about this

Generally you are in charge of your own learning here. So you pick tracks that interest you and if you don't get something you should try looking for that basics course then returning back to your track.
I understand every brain is not the same and we all learn differently but just a suggestion.
Regarding the Sass course I never took it so if they don't really teach too much then perhaps going to some articles or books on the Sass-lang. I never learned Sass from Treehouse but I got the gist of it from YouTube coding tutorials and whatnot. Very easy to pick up if you are familiar with CSS3.
Also, I do kind of wish they would ass CSS Basics into the start of some tracks where you would be using CSS. But all courses regarding web development kind of ask you to take the 'How to code a website' course by Nick Pettit (very good teacher I must say).
Hope this helps

4,315 PointsIn regards to the SASS course - you did start with the course entitled 'SASS Basics' right? That is the best place to start and it can help you learn all about SASS. Like wise you can then move onto the CSS to SASS course and Intermediate SASS too.
