Use of spotlight in videos to highlight areas. Ie css foundations

Hi

I am currently running a trial membership and enjoyed the first course (html track) and was a great refresher.

However.... CSS foundations..

I was wondering if there are many courses where the trainer uses the spotlight (rest of page goes dark and only shows a circlular area)

This seems to be used a lot in the css foundations course. I personally am finding this annoying and is used so quickly that it detracts from the content and flow rather than highlighting the sections.

Thank you in advance for any replies as it will aid my evaluation.

Kind regards Mark

The spotlight is a major player in the CSS Foundations courses, but so far I haven't encountered it anywhere else.

Thank you for your reply, it makes me feel happier to continue.. :-)
