I feel you may have misinterpreted the instructions for the Second Task.
The task wants you to store the resulting input from the user into a variable named bookTitle. Right now, you have just the input, but it isn't assigned to anything. Also, you have the start of a variable initialization up top that the instructions did not ask for. Also, it is incomplete, as it has no assigned variable name, just type.
You have the first task correct 
System.Console.Write("Enter a book title: ");
string bookTitle = System.Console.ReadLine();
