USER DEFINED FUNCTIONS within the RANDOM library

When the RANDOM library had been imported into your code;

Can you no longer define your own functions?

No, importing a library should just make it so you can access more functions. You can still make your own functions.

You can always (as far as I've ever seen) define your own functions, regardless of imports.
