JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Making Decisions with Conditional Statements Using Comparison Operators

using comparison operators

var a = 10; var b = 20; var c = 30; if (a>b){ alert ("a is greater than b"); } else { alert ("a is not greater than b");

this is the code it should work but it doesn't in the comparison challenge.

script.js
var a = 10;
var b = 20;
var c = 30;
if (a>b){
  alert ("a is greater than b");
} else {
  alert ("a is not greater than b");

It's probably because you don't have a closing } after the else statement.
