val() and selest()

i dont know how to append ? I use append() and text() both, it does not work

You first need to select the input element from index.html by setting a variable. Then set that variable's value to what the prompt's input is.

//Show Prompt Window and store value
var fullName = prompt("What is your full name?");

//Select Input with the id of #fullName
var $select = $('#fullName');
//Insert value in to full name input
$select.val(fullName)
