If you look at the compiler errors that your code produces (which you can see by hitting the Preview button) you will see this message:

swift_lint.swift:5:11: error: use of undeclared type 'int'
 var age: int { get set }
          ^~~

This message tells you that it doesn't now what type int is supposed to be, this is because you forgot to capitalize the I in Int. If you do capitalize it like this:

protocol UserType {
 var name: String { get }
 var age: Int { get set }
}

Then you will be able to pass the challenge.
