To fix this error: Declare the output variable just before the if statement and assign it to an empty string (i.e. ""). Remove the string data types from the output variables within the if/else statement's curly braces

This question is lacking a couple things: 1) a question. where are you stuck, what arent you understanding 2) a concerted effort at attempting to solve the question. it looks like you pasted the challenge here and called it good.
