'View Final Piece' button confusion

Im not sure where it is supposed to link to or for what purpose? My 'View Final Piece' button does not go anywhere. I created the 'Portfolio' custom post type, and I created the custom field group 'Portfolio', and used the below code to create my button and link.

What am I doing wrong?
