Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsI wonder if the upcoming course CSS to Sass will be replacing Sass Basics. For the simple reason that it's Hampton teaching Sass Basics, for that niche, I hope not. :-)

Treehouse TeacherNope, it will not be replacing Sass Basics. :)
Sass Basics is an awesome "deep dive" into all things Sass. CSS to Sass shows you how to convert & refactor an existing CSS project over to Sass.

Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsSounds like the Modular CSS with SASS course to me Guil. I say that in the best possible way :-)
Is this going to be part of the web design track or replace modular?
Thanks :)
Guil Hernandez
Treehouse TeacherSort of, but not as advanced. It's a different take on how to refactor an existing project we built (the Lake Tahoe website), clear up some misconceptions about Sass, lower barrier to entry, etc.
It won't replace 'Modular' and I supposed it could go in the Web Design track, but I have some ideas on creating a track dedicated to Sass courses. What do you think about that? :)
Jonathan Grieve
Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsI like it :)
Certainly gives me more drive to go back to the existing SASS courses so I can keep up.
Wish I could say I'm a Sass convert at the moment butility the appetite to learn more is there :)
