6,379 PointsWeb Design track question
I just finished the first project in the Web Design track, How to Make a Website. The next project is CSS, but the video says you should have a strong foundation of HTML first.
Is the HTML foundation that is in the How to Make a Website project enough to continue with the CSS project? Or should I take an HTML Intro course to build on what I already learned?

41,120 PointsThere should be no need to take a further HTML course at this stage. I just recently finished the Front End Development track, which starts with the same two courses (How to Make a Website followed by CSS Basics), and it was fine. The tracks tend to be designed in such a way that any prerequisites are covered earlier in the track, so the people who designed this track obviously decided that the How to Make a Website course gives enough of a foundation in HTML to understand the CSS Basics course, and I'd agree with that.
Also, HTML and CSS are so closely related that your knowledge of HTML will improve as you progress through the CSS course.
