Website idea

I have an idea, I want to build a website using Django. I want users to be able to log in, create accounts, post some stuff, follow or like other users' accounts. I want users to be able to rate other users. This is not a new idea as I have already seen a couple of websites like that. However I feel there is a few things I can change there to make them even better. All the time I was using workspaces but now I want to use my own local IDE.

If you are asking what would be a good IDE, PyCharm is the way to go.
