For my mobile only it will have just a login screen then on desktops and ipads/tablets it will have the full website how do i add the html that will be shown in tablets/desktop view without it showing on the mobile view when i am in mobile view?

<meta name = "viewport" content = "width = device-width">
iDevices have strange pixel layouts. This effectively sets the code to recognize this. More info here: http://www.idev101.com/code/Marketing/iphone_friendly.html

What i understand from your explanation, that you want to show and hide elements depends on device, If so, This can be accomplished with Media Queries , i recommend you to watch media queries stage within css foundations course
