iOS Swift Functions and Optionals Optionals Review: Functions

what am I doing wrong?

func isNotDivisible(#divident: Int, #divisor: Int) -> Bool { if let result = isDivisible(divident: divident, divisor: divisor) == true { return false } return true }

divisible.swift
func isDivisible(#dividend: Int, #divisor: Int) -> Bool {
    if dividend % divisor == 0 {
        return true
    } else {
        return false
    }
}

func isNotDivisible(#divident: Int, #divisor: Int) -> Bool {
  if let result = isDivisible(divident: divident, divisor: divisor) == true {
    return false
  }
  return true
}

Hi Francisc,

You seem to have misspelt "dividend" in "func isNotDivisible". But I do not think that that solves the problem. You have achieved the purpose of the second function, in the first one when "fun isDivisble" returns "false".

However, if it is the purpose of your assignment to create "func isNotDivisble" then why don't you use the following code:

func isNotDivisible(#divident: Int, #divisor: Int) -> Bool { if divident % divisor != 0 { return true } else { return false } }

Best, Aniket
