313 PointsWhat am I doing wrong in my code?
it's asking me to let ukCurrency equal the value for my key pair "UK", so I write " let ukCurrency = ["UK"] " and it errors out =(

7,810 PointsThe correct syntax is
let ukCurrency = currencies["UK"]
You need to specify where the key comes from (the dictionary). You can imagine that if you had several dictionaries, nobody would know what dictionary you're trying to get data from. (If you don't specify it)

var airports: [String: String] = ["YYZ": "Toronto Pearson", "DUB": "Dublin"]
