The challenge says: Call the printf method on the console object and make it write out "<YOUR NAME> can code in Java!" So you do: console.printf("<YOUR NAME> can code in Java!") and literally just replace <YOUR NAME> with your name (I assume you're choosing Aaron).

The third part asks for a different method of doing this using the same statement. It says:

Now replace <YOUR NAME> in the console.printf expression with the firstName variable using the string formatter.

The string formatter is the %s and it simply goes in place of your name in the string, then after the string and before the closing paren, put a comma, a space and the variable name. Hope this helps!
