What are the steps of making a website?

I'm wondering what I should learn before becoming a web developer. I want to make nice working websites so how?

I know you need Front-end html, css, javascript

and back-end: I don't know what languages are use here.

after that what are used?

This depends on what kind of work you want to do and where. I'd recommend going through the full stack JavaScript materials, otherwise front end and then choose the back end you'd like. Personally I do C# .Net back end, and mostly Razor pages but would prefer to eventually get into React JS for my front end.
