What CSS code creates space between the 3rd level heading "General Info" on the contact page and the nav selections?

"General Info" is placed right up against the nav elements and I need to create space. The same thing needs to happen with my profile picture on the about page.

padding-top: ?;
}

.profile-photo {
margin-top: ?;
/* OR*/
padding-top: ?;
}

/* OR*/

.navigation { /* or whatever the class name is */
 margin-bottom: ?;
}
