Braedon;

Test editors tend to be a very personal choice, and can lead to some lively discussions. I would suggest trying out a few to see which one(s) suit your coding style best. That being said, I have found Sublime Text 2 to be very good, especially with CSS. The list Tommy provided has some decent options as well.

Happy coding,

Hey Braedon,

You can always use workspaces as long as you have an internet connection and membership. But ideally you should have download one for offline purposes. Each editor is different thus performs different features and reads separate languages. I have been told that Sublime Text 2 is often highly recommended to everyone because web professionals use it. There are other text editors such as :

Notepad++

Vim

Atom

Emacs

Text wrangler
