What is a normal project time frame?

What is a normal time frame for a website built in WordPress that has, say, 6 different pages, 100 article and interview pieces and, say, 100 photos to display in various ways?

It is very difficult to determine this. Lets say you have instant access to the 100 photos and have already planned/written the article pieces which would significantly reduce the time required. If you are extremely competent at designing and developing Wordpress this would also significantly reduce the project time.

Taking these things into account, it would certainly take you two weeks to create the 6 webpages (full time) and a week to add all the pre-created content. Then it would take you a week or two to test the site and make sure it is ready to be live. This should be enough time to complete the project.

You will also be fixing bugs with the site for a while once it has gone live, but I guess this is not part of the main project time frame you enquired about.

This is such an open question that it's difficult to answer, but I would say 4 - 5 weeks is about right.

I appreciate your response. I know it is a vague question and there are a lot of factors to take into account. But you gave me a ballpark idea which is what I was looking for. Thanks again!

How many people are working on the project, or is it just yourself?

Many hands make light work...

Yes, it is just me. It's a pro bono project I took up largely to gain experience. It is the first project I've ever done.
