What is Support URL ?

I got some problems about this part in Submit for review and I know how to resolve it by myself ? I don't know how can I get support URL and I don't even know what is support URL . Can you give me some detail please ?

The support url links to a page maintained by the app developer. Its purpose is to allow users to get in contact with you if they experience problems, desire new features or want to ask questions about your app. The requirement for the content of the website linked to by the support url is that it must contain actual contact information so that the users can get in contact with you.
