yes thats correct. Array indexes start at 0, so the second index is really the third item in the array. The first item is 0, the second is 1, and the third is 2.
the task states: Please remove the third item ("Deploy App") and assign it to a constant named item.
you forgot to assign the return value of the removeAtIndex function to a constant.
