In JQuery, selecting an element by id just means putting a pound-sign (#) in front of the id, quoting the whole thing, and passing it as an argument to JQuery (which can be abbreviated as just a dollar-sign ($)).

Setting a value is done with the JQuery object method .val(), and passing it the value you want to set.

So, combining those you get something like this:

$("#fullName").val(fullName);

FYI: Technically, the selector asked for would be input#fullName, but since id's must be unique, simply #fullName will do.
