What is the name of this file(footer.html) other than what's in () and what do I SELECT to load footer.html?

I am going to skip this until I get an answer. Thanks

app.js
$('#footer').load();
$('#footer.html').load('footer.html');
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <meta charset="utf-8">
  <title>AJAX with JavaScript</title>
</head>
<body>
  <div id="main">
    <h1>AJAX with jQuery</h1>
  </div>
  <div id="footer"></div>
  <script src="jquery.js"></script>
  <script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

I'm not entirely sure which code challenge you're on, but if this is the prompt: "The first argument to the $.get() method is a URL to a resource. In this case you want to load the 'footer.html' file, so pass that as the argument."

Then, the answer I found that worked was $.get('footer.html'). I think the exercise is mainly about using $.get even if it's intuitive to use .load

Hi Ronnie,

Here is what app.js should look like after step 2.

$('#footer').load('footer.html');

Thanks Bob! I've tried that and failed. What is so funny about this question is that, it is so simple yet I can't solve it.

On the other hand, I can't take Andrew's class(jquary) either because he doesn't know enough and need an American to show us.

Andrew is my favorite teacher at Treehouse
