it accepts:

var secret;
do  {
  secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
} while ( secret !== "sesame" )
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");

It wants secret to be declared outside of the loop (to avoid declaring it again and again.), and the effect of having the prompt in the loop and outside is that it asks the question twice before it attempts the check. Hope the explanation and the code clears things up.
