What is wrong with my code?

What am doing wrong here? It's the if statement I'm working on.

script.js
var a = 10;
var b = 20;
var c = 30;

if (a > b) {
  alert("a is greater then b");
} else {
  alert("a is not greater then b");
}

Hey,

You're spelling "then" when it should be "than", treehouse is very picky! Haha.

Hola,

haha they are picky picky lol. Look at how you spelled your alert string.

alert("a is greater then b");

Pay close attention to THEN... It's actually THAN. I know right! Just change the then to than and good to go.

Good luck man. Let me know if this works for you! Points always appreciated lol
