8,677 PointsWhat is wrong with my code here?
I kept getting the same error, so I went back and copy/pasted the EXACT code which runs perfectly fine in the exercise before this (checked by the console) and replaced the variable names.
Am I misunderstanding the question?
var shanghai = {
population: 14.35e6,
longitude: '31.2000 N',
latitude: '121.5000 E',
country: 'CHN'
};
for (var in shanghai){
console.log(var);
}

9,895 PointsIn your for loop. You have not actually declaring a variable in your arguments. Where you have put this:
for (var in shanghai){
console.log(var);
}
The word 'var' is a keyword and cannot be used to name variables. You should use a word like 'key' or something other else but not any of the predefined keywords in JavaScript.
For example:
for (key in shanghai){
console.log(key);
}

8,677 PointsThanks Josh! I realized part of what I did was miss a word in my code. Appreciate you taking the time to answer.
