what is wrong with my try-catch code? please help

using System; int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

try{ (value < 0 || value > 20) }

catch(Exception) {

    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

Don't remove any of the code originally provided.

The entire "if" statement wth the following code block should be enclosed in the "try" block.
