var randomNumber = getRandomNumber(10);
var guess;
var guessCount = 0;
var correctGuess = false;
function getRandomNumber( upper ) {
var num = Math.floor(Math.random() * upper) + 1;
return num;
}
do {
guess = prompt('I am thinking of a number between 1 and 10. What is that?');
guessCount +=1;
if (parseInt(guess) === randomNumber {
correctGuess = true;
}
} while ( ! correctGuess );
document.write("<h1>You guessed the number!</h1>");
document.write("It too you ' + guessCount + ' to guess the number ' + randomNumber);

231,269 PointsIt's a bit hard to read without code formatting, but it looks like you have an if statement with a missing close parenthesis:
if (parseInt(guess) === randomNumber // <-- ")" needed here
Also, you have a string that starts with a quote but ends with an apostrophe ("single quote"):
document.write("It too you ' + guessCount + ' to guess the number ' + randomNumber);
// ^ mismatch ^
