What is wrong with this code, it says that i'm not storing the first item of the orderQueue in the shipping variable...

i used the methods described on the videos to add and remove items but it doesn't seem to work i been looking the answer for day but nothing seems to work

script.js
var orderQueue = ['1XT567437','1U7857317','1I9222528'];
var shipping = []

orderQueue.shift();
shipping.push('1XT567437');

The instructions say "Create a new variable named shipping -- remove the first item from the array and place it in the shipping variable." But:

var shipping = [] // the instructions did not say "shipping" should be an array

orderQueue.shift(); // this removes the first item, but does not save it anywhere
shipping.push('1XT567437'); // this is not the first item, but a DUPLICATE of the contents

Bonus hint: this task can be done with one statement.

it was easier than i thought so! thank you very much for the hint, that got me thinking and i was able to pull it off
