Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Graduate 28,975 PointsThe first JS book I read was called JavaScript for Kids: A Playful Introduction to Programming by Nick Morgan, published by No Starch Press. The title of the book is a little misleading because the book is really not just for kids, though it could be read by a gifted child 12+ perhaps. It was a great book with nice examples and a final project that uses OOP. I got the recommendation for the book from this article: https://medium.com/javascript-scene/12-books-every-javascript-developer-should-read-9da76157fb3
