What on Earth is "dir" inside Python? I've not skipped any lectures/exercises but that was new (and news) to me.

I really want to be sure I didn't miss something. (Because, yes, I can search for things using my favorite search engine.)

dir() function returns a list of all the attributes inside an object you give it as an argument.
