What once my web is live can I change it?

Just we code and preview the results can we change or update the live website again and again????

My understanding is that you can't keep changing and previewing the live website, for that you would need to FTP transfer the updated code to the server your code is hosted on. I believe it best to play with your code and preview it only on your local machine, and then when you are satisfied transfer the code to the server to have the changes be live on the web.

What about you're satisfied with the code but suddenly new requirements came up? how will you update then?

Well you can push the code to the server whenever you would like I would assume but if new requirements came up then I would make sure those are satisfied before pushing to the server for the site to be live.

Yes, you can change it as often as you like. Personally, I have a test web-site that I upload my project codes too, so I can review it as I work. I find it easier, for me to test in different browsers this way. With a complex site I also find it easier to work that way and then once I am ready, I will publish it to the real site. But, it is just a personal choice.
