What they are asking for is a custom initialiser and to include all constants, i.e. including description
My understanding is that you cannot change a constant unless initialising but you also need to use the self keyword to ensure it references the correct one...
init(red: Double, green: Double, blue: Double, alpha: Double) {
self.red = 86.0
self.green = 191.0
self.blue = 131.0
self.alpha = 1.0
self.description = "red: \(red), green: \(green), blue: \(blue), alpha: \(alpha)"
