what should I know before starting cyber security

hi there , I want to study cyber security but at the moment I know html ,css ,jquery,javascript , bootstrap4,mysql,sql, php . Are these coding language enough for starting cyber security , or should I FIRST learn C++,java or any other one ,

If you mean the Beginning Security track here, it has no programming prerequisites. But if you're studying somewhere else, the training provider should tell you what language(s) or other knowledge you might need in advance for their courses. There are no languages that are universally used in all security curricula.
