What should my Live Preview Base URL be set to if I am working in a code editor outside of workspace?

In my brackets text editor I have to set up the project settings as soon as this project has a php file attached to it. I am unsure of the file path in order to set up live preview.

No, "/" is not working for me. I have my folder in documents (mac) using MAMP.
