What tool can present "transform-origin: top right" clearly?

I can't image the view of the combination between "transform-origin: top right" and "rotateY(-270deg)".

I tried to write a presentation demo with non-center "transform-origin" but the effect in browser is not clearly enough.

Could you please introduce me any 3D effect tool that can do me a favor?
