what when we din not keep normalize.css in css?? is there any effect? sorry for poor english.

So when we use normalize.css it will work equally to all whether it is mobile,tabs or desktop. Am I right?

Basically, all browsers have their own custom styles. Normalize.css removes these custom styles and inconsistencies so you can be sure your site looks the same across all browsers.

Normalize.css doesn't technically remove the styles from the browsers, it overwrites them.

For example, if Firefox has a 20px margin for h1's and Chrome has a 10px margin for h1's, your normalize file might set all h1's to 15px so we can be sure your site starts off with the same base styling for all users/browsers.
