231,236 PointsNamespaces are a way of encapsulating (grouping together) items, generally to be able to refer to them collectively or to avoid name conflicts with items in other namespaces.
This challenge is about identifying the parts of a method name. Things to keep in mind when doing this are:
- The general rule for method names is: namespace.class.method()
- Only the namespace can contain periods (.)
- The last two periods separate the namespace from the class and the class from the method
- Any other periods are part of the namespace.
So for this example the method is Paint, the class is Canvas, and the namespace is Adobe.Illustrator.
