Keep seeing this, even though I don't have an overdue payment since I canceled my subscription for the time being "You have an overdue payment, so you don't currently have full access to our learning material. If you're ready to start learning again, click here to update your payment method."

It could be possible that your subscription wasn't canceled in time before a billing cycle. I would contact Treehouse directly for billing/account support.
